In the event that a sporting match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, shel77 will settle bets in accordance with the following policy:

• Match cancelled before kick-off: All bets will be voided and funds will be returned in full to the user's account balance.
• Match suspended and subsequently resumed: Bets remain valid as long as the match is settled within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Match suspended for more than 48 hours: All pre-match bets will be voided. In-play bets that were settled before the suspension remain valid.
• Results amended after the official outcome: shel77 will use the official results announced on match day. Result changes made after 48 hours will not affect bet settlements.

9Prohibited Conduct

Shel77 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the shel77 platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the shel77 platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or systematically exploiting promotions (bonus abuse).
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other members or shel77 support staff.
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or damage the technical infrastructure of shel77.
• Accessing the shel77 platform from a country or region where doing so is prohibited under local law.

Shel77 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, and legal proceedings, against any user who violates the above rules.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Shel77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• A voluntary request by the user to close their own account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Balance Withdrawal Prior to Closure:

If an account is closed at the user's own request and no terms have been violated, any valid remaining balance will be returned after the verification process is complete. If the closure is due to a terms violation, shel77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account.

Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account on shel77 without prior written approval from shel77 management.

11Limitation of Liability
